Robert Segner Gives Keynote at Graduation Ceremony

Professor Robert Segner gave the keynote address at the Construction Science Department's Graduation Ceremony on the 29th of April 2009. Professor Segner teaches one of the core courses, COSC 254, in the Department and would have taught all of the students who are graduating this year. As Assistant Dean Feigenbaum has noted on more than one occasion, "he has taught everyone since the early 1970's."
