Centers
The College of Architecture sustains five formally organized research centers dedicated to improving the knowledge base of the professions it serves and supporting five graduate certification programs.
- CRS Center for Leadership and Management in the Design and Construction Industry (CRS) (CRS)

The mission of the CRS Center is to create useful knowledge in leadership and management that applies to both individual projects as well as firms and organizations in the design, construction and facility management industry.
- Center for Housing and Urban Development (CHUD)
- The Center for Housing and Urban Development (CHUD) was established by the Texas Legislature in 1991 as a research and outreach arm of Texas A&M's College of Architecture. The four-word mandate describing CHUD's mission in the founding legislation was quite simple: "work in the colonias."
- Hazards Reduction and Recovery Center (HRRC)

The Hazard Reduction & Recovery Center (HRRC) was established at Texas A&M University in 1989 and engages in research in hazard mitigation, disaster preparedness, response and recovery.

The Center for Health Systems and Design (CHSD) is a creation of the Colleges of Architecture and Medicine at Texas A&M University that is intended to promote research, innovation and communication in an interdisciplinary program that focuses on health facility planning and design.
