The design of the ARTS CENTER includes facilities for a 1500 seat concert Hall, a 500 seat concert and drama facility, 300 seat experimental theater, Gallery space for permanent and installed art exhibits, café, Academic facilities for the Department of Performance Studies including administration, faculty offices, classrooms, rehearsal space for band and choral, practice rooms. Building program is estimated at 160,000 sq ft. with a cost of 35M.
