He has served as dean at four major universities before joining Texas A&M, served as national president of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture, and is Executive Director of the Architecture+Construction Alliance, which he co-founded. Regan was Dean of the TAMU College of Architecture from 1998-2008, and TAMU University Campus Planner from 2005-08.
