1., 2. & 3. The landscape architect developed the Land Use Plan, the District Plan and the Urban Concept Diagram to locate use zones and adjacencies. The areas will include commercial, financial, residential, public, tourism and entertainment zones

4. The Master Plan shows the entire development of the area. Public open spaces, promenades and streetscape link the districts of the plan and soften building massing.

5. Urban Fabric Diagrams show the proportions of each urban design element- Figure Ground (building massing}, Street System, Green Network and Waterways.

6 & 7. This is one of the most dramatic districts in the 'New Town' with the activity of the marina, the Convention Center and views of both the Haicang Central Business District and the Xiamen skyline.

8. Models were made and used in the presentation to the client to show the design concept.
