Information for Prospective Students

The Center for Health Systems & Design promotes teaching, research, and outreach in an interdisciplinary program that focuses on health facility design and planning. Students who engage in the Center for Health Systems & Design certificate program are offered many academic advantages.

Certificate
The Certificate in Health Systems and Design (HSD) provides students in any graduate degree program in the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University an opportunity to develop a body of knowledge in health design that will further their career goals.
Admissions

Advisors
The College of Architecture provides academic advising through the Student Services Office. Students may also direct inquires about the Certificate to members of the Certificate Council: Mardelle Shepley, Susan Rodiek, Kirk Hamilton, Roger Ulrich, and George Mann.

The Center for Health Systems & Design coordinates with other programs and organizations around the nation including The Center for Health Design (CHD) and Global University Programs in Architecture for Health (GUPHA).
