Prof. Daigneault’s research is focused on integrating law as a necessary element of the design and construction process for the built environment to increase efficiency by eliminating post project disputes. Specifically, Prof. Daigneault thinks creatively about using the law and contractual risk management techniques to improve the overall efficiency of projects; as well as the effective development and implementation of dispute avoidance, and alternate dispute resolution techniques designed to complement and enhance the design and building process.
