Profile
Geoffrey’s work experience covers a broad range of urban planning, public policy, real
estate development and investment projects in both his native Australia and since early 2000,
the USA. His research interests are in planning law and development entitlement reform,
the definition and measurement of the Sustainability Dividend, and the application of
visualization and virtualization technology Sensory Law in the improved design of place and
creation of real estate value.
