Dr. Wunneburger is Assistant Research Scientist of the Department of
Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning. He has developed GIS laboratory
in College of Architecture and supported classes in Landscape Architecture
and Urban Planning Department. He also developed and taught graduate
coursed in basic and advanced GIS. Dr. Wunnerburger collaborated with
other scientists in research in urban planning, landscape ecology, land
development, automated mapping / facilities management, hazrds preparation
and planning, performing research in landscape ecology, informatics and
enterprise GIS. Dr. Wunneburger's primary research interests include
the integration of spatial and information technology for studies in
landscape ecology-based planning and management.
