Profile

Dr. Brody is Associate Professor of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning at the Texas A&M University. He is conducting research as part of the Sustainable Coastal Margins Program and teaching in the areas of environmental planning, coastal management, and dispute resolution.

Dr. Brody holds a joint appointment of associate professor in the departments of Landscape Architecture and Urban planning and Marine Sciences at Texas A&M University. He holds the George P. Mitchell '40 Chair in Sustainable Coasts and directs the Center for Texas Beaches and Shores at the Galveston campus. He also heads the Environmental Planning and Sustainability Research Unit. Dr. Brody is conducting research and teaching in the areas of environmental planning, coastal management, climate change adaptation, and dispute resolution.
